A lot of you are racist and it clearly shows in this thread.
Another thing that blows my mind is that while corporations compete to be woker than thou, we are experiencing an explosion in actual inequality due to the the government and the fed printing money that inflates assets like real estate and equities, which most working stiffs have little or none of, while the purchasing power of their meager, inflation-trailing paychecks dwindles.
It's almost like the corporations and executive class are trying to brand themselves as paragons of justice and equality (err, "equity" – careful which words we put into the salad!) as the the U.S. slips into third-world levels of wealth and income disparity.
I swear it seems like this corporate embrace of "social justice" (not really) narratives is meant to create a backlash and even more racial tension. It's so transparently self-serving, so superficial (100% focus on race, 0% focus on class and economic inequality), and just insufferably condescending.
And I speak as someone very sympathetic to the idea that oppression and bigotry have caused massive problems in this country.

Uncle Sandy’s weekly pontification really make me miss the weekly SG letters where she shared her moms wisdom, family recipes, pictures of her cat, etc.
Didn’t SD go to UVA? A place with a real history of black face and minstrel shows. One would think he would have already been “woke” well before BLM made it in vogue to support it.
Rumor has it that managers will be required to take White Privilege Training in the next couple weeks.
Company has gone downhill with SD in charge. All politics and no strategy coming from the millionaire in charge. Tired of all the weekly political liberal emails. Keep your opinions and politics out of the workplace.
Not surprised / It’s what happens when your plan doesn’t work (or you don’t have one). Cant believe SD has been able to stick around for 3 years. Such great hopes, and so few results.

I don’t even read or watch the Friday updates anymore. There’s no point.
I like the weekly lectures on how our CEO feels he is intellectually superior than half the company that does not share his ideology. How about this, put a black man or black woman on the core SLT. Enough preaching and more doing. Glad you are friends with Jesse Jackson but I am sure he advising asking why your leadership team has little diversity.
