Leave it to shell management to create a hostile work environment in the middle of a pandemic. They'll barely compensate their FTE who they force to cross picket lines while they basically threaten contractors to either cross the picket line or lose your job. Its also comical to claim to be for diversity but then hire majority POC's as contractors who are to do expected to produce equal work for a fraction of the pay. Good job shell, way to pretend to be progressive. To all of you that are expected to work thru the lockout come April 21st, best of luck its going to be a gong show.

Well did the lockout happen or not?
Welcome to the real Shell oil!!
The management at Shell is the kindest, most-compassionate group of leaders that epitomize the phrase “Excellence in Leadership.” The management is the most-benevolent and caring of any organization I have ever been blessed to encounter in a work setting. It is an honor to serve such fine leadership, as they always have your back.
Good ole Gretchin Watkins came to mind when I read that. lol
