When I first came here I was full of enthusiasm, I tried my best, and then one day from all the stress I experienced a real panic attack for the first time. The colleagues with whom I came to Teradata were great experts, but they moved to competing companies a long time ago for the same reason that I am leaving now: it is impossible to endure the atmosphere. I have a feeling the company can do great things with the talented people that there are still here, but they just don’t know how to get the best out of people for the good of everyone, both the company and the employees.

It lasted 6mo for me too, just wait my young Padawan, the Sith will come for you too.
I found it a very positive work environment. I've been here for 6 months now and everyone is really helpful. Living the work and my life balance. My manager really cares for me. Wish I had found Teradata earlier in my career
I'm trying to get out of here myself. The biggest obstacle that I'm hitting is that the tech I've been working with for the past 7 years is irrelevant everywhere in the industry but here. Frustrating but I'm studying for new certifications and doing side projects to show I can become current again.
I left for the exact same reason. The stress became life threatening. Leadership does not care one bit. Good for you OP, and best of luck. I've yet to hear one story of a person leaving and regretting it. I don't and I know dozens who don't as well. I know of many more still trapped are working hard to escape
