Sounds good ! Also, how about “white barista heaven” subsidized high end 4 plexes and high rises for all made with the green more expensive green cement that reduces co2 by 15%. Not fair that only the rich can pull off white flight to Ann Arbor... I would be willing to lobby, blog, campaign for this if I could get on the shortlist for a property like this? Anyone know if this could be arranged?

Nice try but they only give a token handful away at bargain prices each year (6-7) then the rest are reserved for high end newcomers with deep pockets. It’s a good scam though. Get all sorts of useful idiots to lobby for the developers and their criminal friends in city govt.
