Teradata is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.
Does this company even want to make any progress? It seems to me more and more that my superiors are not interested because they are persistently trying to achieve it in the same way.
I was waiting for some new, good move that would turn this business around, but no, they decided to go the established path that obviously brings no success.

@iuc+1ahGWg2z If you have to ask that, the OP’s post is correct. How about the ELT do their jobs to figure it out instead of constantly laying people off so they can continue paying themselves, how about that?
Can you please provide insights into how we can create more value for customers and prospects? I want to learn and improve my knowledge base and achieve better results. I’m open to all suggestions?
