Who cares if Commscope ruins Ruckus, or maybe Ruckus did it to themselves.

Ruckus was an awesome company until people from Brocade wormed their way in. For those who might not know, Brocade people are the ones who were rejected by the Post Office. Ultimately that led to the acquisition by Brocade, then Broadcom, then Arris, and finally the worst of the bunch - Commscope. The depth of incompetence and stupidity at Commscope (and now Ruckus) is breathtaking. So sad to see a once gret company driven into the ground.
Opinions, you could say the same about Commscope if they didn’t act fast to unload some of the businesses the stupid c–suite acquired. They paid $7b for $4b in revenue. That’s stupid and those that approved should be fired. Now, they will load the spin off with as much c––p as they can and will still end up with ruckus on the books at a premium +. I don’t see how they can get around not writing off 100’s of millions in GW and or IP bc it is way overvalued. The stupidity will continue to cost them for years to come.
