Is there an option to voluntarily furlough? If there is how do you qualify?

All day, throwing temper tantrums when had to work and worried about what others are doing.
If there was why would you want to? That is one of the dumbest questions I've seen on here beings most if not all crafts are 40 hour work weeks at a minimum by agreement.
