Did folks get laid off with this Home Network announcement?
If HR witch is let go, we won't get to hear results from employee pulse surveys and we all know how authentic, informative and transformational they are :D
It would be nice if they'd get rid of that HR witch.
Agree with most, but Eddie was basically part time. He was only a face man bc of his tenure in the industry. It was time for him to go off into the sunset. They let the M&A guy go they worked up BNS and Arris. They need to let the entire exec team go.
Well let's see. Bruce got pushed out by Eddie, probably for cooking the books and inflating the revenue ARRIS was generating. Eddie got pushed out by Carlyle for not turning things around and for not catching Bruce during due diligence. Carlyle put their own handpicked CEO, Chuck, in as a hatchet guy to clean it up as best as possible before divesting the asset. So no, Chuck won't get fired.
Carlyle should fire their principals who reviewed and approved the Commscope investment for missing the inflated numbers during due diligence. Off course that would make them look bad. So instead, they will say they cleaned up as best as possible after the poor execution by Frank and Eddie and minimized losses when they divest Commscope.
Or will they give them a 20% bonus.
