I have been very disappointed in our projects lately. They are incomparable to the projects we used to work on when this company had a clearer vision of growth.
Now it seems to me that they are not thinking about growth anymore, and the projects are there (as someone noticed before me) - just to maintain this company.
it's a company with no vision and run by mo--ns. you want an exciting project? Go work for Apple or Tesla.
you want a dead-end career? stay at GA
I don’t do anything and get paid! It’s the best project one can be on! GA is slow right now but they are still paying me to do nothing - I am happy to be getting paid and have no complaints
You seem to have no idea about the current state of areospace or defense contracting. I very one is just trying to hold on and maintain... at the current moment there is no growth! Look at the massive layoffs from the big 3. The person who wrote this should be let go by GA or is just beyond dumb and is a great example of GA holding onto the wrong people!
