We’re supposed to be “thankful” for having a job but in all honesty Emerson needs to be thankful for us who have stuck around. Until they truly understand that the employees make this company things will never change. Regardless if you want to think this way or not, you’re just a employee number at Emerson, they don’t care one way another about any of us. If you have a good offer at a company that will appreciate you, I would already be gone. Trust me, there are companies who pay more and takes better care of you. Emerson is all about their shareholders and could care less. It s—s that I now realize this after 20 years with different BU’s, but this is the time you have to worry about you because emerson doesn’t. That’s pretty blunt but the truth from what I have saw over the last few years.
