Sigh.... anyone who says that focusing on customer service is what bbb needs is an id--t. The people that need that type of customer service are not the demographic that bbb is after, it’s the customers that they already have that have ziploc Bach’s filled with coupons from 1994. 95% of the customers that bbb is after want to be left the F alone. The best customer service that they need is for bbb to be in stock with quality products that people actually want.... not a 17 year old that can tell them the difference between sateen and percale.....

Customers have told me they love the new banners so much they are willing to pay higher prices to shop with us!

Second: No. They aren’t. This quarter ended February 28th. It INCLUDES December’s numbers (and January’s) which were decent. I don’t have the number and like always I expect them to be lower than anticipated....but they are not incurring a LOSS on their so called Q4 numbers.
Q1: I ABSOLUTELY see a loss! But I’m getting ahead and some numbers won’t officially be out until July!! 😒🤨😬

To : well the money..how many corporations have you run? we may not agree with all the changes but there is a bigger picture.
Well the money for new banners and aprons doesn't grow on trees. Maybe we should concentrate on customer service and maximize sales in store.
