It took me a long time to make the decision to definitely leave this company that is falling apart. All those who left before me quickly found jobs in other companies where their talent was recognized and valued. I don't know anyone who went to a much worse position than the one they had here.
However, there are still a lot of great people working at WB, from whom one can learn a lot about the job. I don't really understand them, I don't see anything that would make someone talented continue to work in this company. Maybe they don't believe that there are better opportunities or maybe they don’t value their own work enough?

I’m jealous that you have closure but also very happy for you .
I was furloughed from WB after 8 years of hard work and dedication. In time I found a wonderful job with a great company that treats me with respect and values me. It is like night and day compared to WB. I truly see now how horrible WB treats their employees. Getting let go from WB was the best thing that happened to me career wise. I finally see the light.
I can tell you that senior management stays because they are paid large salaries that they would never get at other organizations. Half of senior leadership is not qualified to do their jobs but they drink the WB cool-aide and are rewarded for it . The culture is toxic and employees are treated terribly. Once you are out you will learn how normal companies treat their employees.

I just gotta be clear , I don’t condone this statement below.
“Take no prisoners , don’t spare no lives“
However , we all understand what we are trying to change . We just want everyone to be heard and pray for resolution
But yeah FWB, I can’t find you but you can find me . Would love a chat.
Thy will be done!! E: wishing you well in your “ pursuit “.
Take no prisoners , don’t spare no lives
In response to your question fear . Fear of the unknown .
Many couples stay in loveless relationships because it’s “what they know”. Perhaps some reps worry they can’t transition the business over to a competitor. Perhaps it’s trauma from their experience in working there. Or maybe they’re the lucky few that are gifted generous amounts of business over and over again and are satisfied. It’s hard to give a set reason . Everyone’s different . I hope that with the lawsuits that , at the very least , it brings issues to light and gives awareness to other potentially affected people , that they are NOT alone , ANYMORE
