Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Stock down $3.66 Yesterday, and $3.60 today.

It's just not a good outlook for ADP with all the layoffs and knowledge drain. Clients are upset and all the excuses in the world won't keep them for long.

I've been right here. Where have you been when stock keeps taking hits? Where have you been as ADP has treating people so poorly for 4 years?

What thorn had the pension been for MGMT? They execs still get their benefit. And they crushed it for employees who had it.

Of course ADP is not the company it had been prior to 2017 but it had NOTHING to do with the Pershing Square trying to get 3 board seats. It was not a "Takeover" as you call it but rather it was a pissing match for Carlos to get accelerate his already planned actions he had mapped out with McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group to try to boost stock price at the employees futures expense. It is easy for people to associate the Bill Ackman stock play with as the cause for all the problems but in truth it was not the issue. Carlos Rodriquez did not care and continues to not care about any single employee and as opposed to being able to lead or have any vision for the company pumped up the execs to mass layoff folks and attempt to be a "technology company" which they are not. He wanted desperately to be viewed as hip and cool and like Google or any of the talked about companies that just isn't ADP. He lack of proper vision squarely has caused the demise of the employee morale and backbone that had been ADP. He hired complete jokes of VP's and SVP's and terrible, absolutely terrible execs like Debbie Dyson and the likes.

No, ADP is wrecked company, at the hands of a short bald narcissistic ego maniac who is not fit to be CEO. And yes, ADP stock will be taking a major hit because of his actions, mark these words.

Why do you keep repeating the same posts of stock going down? Where were you when the stock went up last couple of weeks?

I actually think ADP is not the same company it used to be prior to the 2017 hostile takeover.

Constant fear of layoff is not good morale for folks. The pension thing has been a thorn for the MGMT. They find any opportunity to get rid of folks that are on that plan.
