It started with Eddie, but responsibility is on the back of the entire c-suite and the board. They wanted Ruckus and Arris beat them so buying Arris was their only option to get Ruckus. Sadly they got it and didn’t know what to do with it. I hear they are mkting Arris less Ruckus to sale and already had one potential deal fall through. All Hands On Deck is short for grab your sh– cover your a– and every man or woman for himself.

"'I'm 99% sure that Eddie Edwards got up to get something from the kitchen, forgot what he went in there for and came out having bought Ruckus. He just assumed it would come to him later what his master plan was. Turns out it was "how can I make Juniper's acquisition of Trapeze look not as bad?"
I 1000% blame Eddie Edwards for all of this. ARRIS was an ego-driven purchase. He completely screwed all of us.
Ruckus looked like a ghost town already.
