What changes are happening? Any lay offs? Have they hired more consultants to run things because senior management is terrible?

Wow Actuarial? Is it being outsourced to India??? Won’t be the same quality if so, other companies tried it and had problems....Hopefully they just cut “fat” vs outsourcing....
