Nice to be recognized by the management team. My job was eliminated ( back door LP ). I was never told officially by anyone in management that I was laid off! They just ignored the entire situation. On my last day, not one single member of management said goodbye, good luck, or even go to hell. BJ's is definitely a sh– show!

My moms job was eliminated leaving her without a job after 30 years with the company. She was 6 months from being able to fully retire. Now she has to get a new job. At 65. They don’t care about anything but the bottom dollar.
So three weeks later they can’t hire anyone to fill these impossible jobs for pennies! So they now have money to offer a $1000 sign-on bonus! w-f!!! Good dedicated reliable people lost money or their job!!! So they could give a complete stranger a $1000!!?? What a Slap in the face again! I have also heard through the grapevine that people are being paid way more than me with less experience and getting the salary they ask for for the same job because some clubs are hurting for help??? What a big F#k you to the employees that made this company!!! How is that fair or equal opportunity? F#k them!
