I mean at this point at the very least they would make money with the Guam store for sure. With their success down under, it seems like a perfect fit, especially if they deliver the same quality. It might take a few years to get established in the U.S.A. but once they do, it's off to the races. They could direct compete as a Target alternative and even build in markets with no Targets as well to get the brand out there. I see this as a major successful opportunity. Would Eddie be willing to sell it all to the Westfarners is the question?

From a former regional manager with kmart, ive been told there have been discussions for them to acquire Guam, VI, and PR locations. Before the Penn Station location closed, they actually toured the store.
