Yeah, no returns on sour milk unless it’s from a goat or a horse, we can make cheese from that.
I would limit the # of returns. Definitely not allow people to return eggs and meat that are past expiry date

Be careful who you hire and promote. I’ve met some of the nastiest gossiping bad mannered people at Nordstrom. The construction workers across the street are more polite and have better manners!
No worries, the retail ankle-biters who can't get a job due to their utter lack of qualifications will have nothing of substance. Were I CEO I'd shut down the stores and sell/lease the real estate to the likes of Amazon and warehousers before it loses its value entirely.
