I am happy that I still have a job, however, sometimes I would have preferred to be among those who were laid off. Layoffs impacted badly not only those who were dismissed, but also those who survived. I’m overwhelmed with work because this company is so understaffed, I cannot get any rest.
I don’t know how much longer I will be able to stand this pace of work, but if something doesn’t change I’m sure I’ll reach a breaking point very soon.

It is in fact getting worse! Leadership is nothing but yes men and yes women, aka robots. No one is challenging the insane direction of the tyrannts. Do this, do that, all at the detriment of business. I am applying for other jobs for the first time in a long time. THIS is not for me anymore...
So now on a hand pricing call the ignorant tyrannt (Vinny) is comparing what we do with that of selling groceries...are you kidding me? Are there problems with hand pricing? Of course. But when the GM's don't or won't approve a needed quote, what do you think is going to happen? The bigger issue rests with delays from GM's NOT appriving timely. LEAVE pricing to the leaders in the field. You know, like SW does!
what is going to happen to smaller Markets 5 stores or less Colorado , Minneapolis
I've got some news for you...it's going to get worse!
