Commscope's innovation was all hardware. Us managers were marched through and told to admire them, it had absolutely NOTHING to do with software.
That's when I decided it was time to bail out.
They have no idea on how to integrate L-ARRIS portfolio into theirs. They have never owned a software centric portfolio, they are stuck in ancient times where selling boxes was cool.
