It’s a shame that right when yo think this company is bouncing back, they continue cutting people. I think the only people left are a few in Rhode Island that IGT has to keep in order to get the tax breaks that were offered in exchange for a guaranteed staff count. But all other locations are finished.

I absolutely agree with @1uzv+1a8Pn76N. It’s naive to think that this company will get back on rails, but that’s just my two cents.

You better look around. I see nothing but Sci Games and Aristocrat machines on every casino floor I've been to in multiple states. Other than those old ar-e poker slots, no one is really putting IGT slots on their floors. The ones that are there are being removed.
Did they lay off shawn derifield? That man was a pig.
IGT is a lost cause but as long as you maintain your connections and friendship, you will succeed. The best to all and hope you guys understand that complaining will not help you in life. Make friends!
What do you mean by “push through”?! They are only still around because they are receiving some tax breaks here and there. Also, nobody wants to buy the failed portion of the gaming portion of their business. No way in heck are they pushing through. They have been pushing people out since 2017 after Gtech took over.

IGT is a global company suffering through all of the unknowns all of the rest of us are suffering through. The fact that they continue to push through is a testament to their ability to stamina and optimism; something a few folks around here could use. Vegas, there’s much more to IGT than just Vegas.
I would agree with you. IGT should close up shop and declare bankruptcy. Then they can wiggle themselves out of the committed staff for Rhode Island. Even though the amount of people that are coming to Vegas has increased over the last few months, IGT can’t seem to do anything right. Time for IGT to permanently close.
