Just heard Nordstrom moving out of 1700 7th by end of year or earlier, Amazon is taking over the whole building. Any ideas folks? I have a parking pass, I may not renew it

It's funny that Amazon will be moving in – Nordstrom built a very nice large photo studio in SODO and bailed on it to save some pennies after spending hundreds of thousands and right after Nordstrom moved out Amazon moved in...
Nordstrom did try to negotiate to let Amazon stay rent free and in turn help Nordstrom learn the e-commerce success. Amazon declined and are happy to pay rent.
Amazon will be paying rent to Nordstrom. They own 49% of 805.
