Compucom has been getting slammed by 7-Eleven calls so a lot of their other customer calls have been going to third party. Kind of the same scenario when they had the Walmart contract. Walmart was the priority and everyone else was second.

Compucoms favorite go-to measure to make the numbers look better is to layoff employees. then maybe, bring some back as contractors for years with no benefits, and no hope. Stay at your peril
I am a former Compucom Employee, I promise you layoff strategy is in the works. Way too many employees that support Target. this will be a huge impact to the business
