Why is management such a joke in my BU? I’ve never experienced such pettiness, disorganization and don’t get me started on the politics in play. One manager seriously shouldn’t be in the position he is in. He does not handle things well under pressure and becomes agitated easily and lashes out. I wonder how he even got into that position...

I seriously doubt that this is repeated across the company. I have never worked in a place with such low grade management.
