Not so far fetched… with Honeywell having transfered thousand of engineers and having the CEO and CTO fire most post spin then claim they didn’t have enough engineers is like asking the company to sink

Whether or not they do it’s a question of time and that potential liability remains. Garett claimed they could not function and also pay for the chemical clean up. Tried to sue HON… what happened? Did not work.
Because the management of rezi is known to be liberal with the truth the management mistake made by those named in the lawsuit is clear.
The management was so toxic many engineers left Resideo. The lawsuit should request the list of everyone from a band 4 level and above that were in the spin and left either 2 months before the ipo or up to 12 months after. Already at that time all the C levels were mismanaging. All this led to lying to investors….
