No. HR can’t move that fast on assessments. Likely soonest would be June for people to choose PIP or PIL. PIP is likely an actual option this year. However if you can find a better job just take the PIL and jump ship as you’ll likely be better off in the long run.

Don’t be naive. There will not be may more layoff, you will just a month’s notice and you are out!

Be grateful that you have a chance to redeem yourself through PIP.

8% will be assessed NI.
TMTS wave 2.0 is underway. Expect additional reductions with this.

Yes. Get ready for the bottom 10% to be let go. Oops. I mean mlrp #notalsyoff.

As these are the folks actually working, hard to see what will become of EM when there is no one left who knows how to ‘work’.

Get rid of useless middle and upper management. If we hired good talent, we don't need to micromanage everything

Maybe not at the end of the month. But hopefully when Engine 1 shakes up the board, more cuts at the end of the year. Get rid all the un needed employees and start having a leaner and efficient workforce.

The only fools getting laid off are the ones that dont power walk 97 times a day! Power walk! Be seen!!! Be seen and heard!

There are on-going studies to further reduce workforce numbers......it is not over because we still have some way to go to meet the $3B structural opex reduction.

These will only be known at the very last minute.....similar to how layoffs plans were denied publicly until it became reality.

I took next week off, I don't want to worry about getting 'the' phone call while I'm supposed to be relaxing.
