I could list complaints about Macy’s for days, but while I’m still working here, I try to look for some positive things to make it easier to get through the day. I have some great colleagues, and sometimes customer situations can be very funny. Other positive things are hard to find here.

I don't see what's weird about saying customer interactions can be funny. Have you never had a good laugh with your coworker about some insane old lady or whatever?
The only thing at this moment is my paid maternity leave in October. After that who knows how long I'll stay/last after.
Paying Bills. There is nothing Macys can offer to make it worth while. Favorite employee advance at hard working employees expense. Plain and simple .
I think you were looking for the word rewarding to describe customer situations? Maybe “fun” also? FUNNY? Highly doubt you work at Macy’s or any other retailer.
