I'm getting sick of stories about reorganizations and waiting for whatever they will come up with next after the sales reorg in January. What kind of reorg does this company actually need? How would you reorganize it?

I'd flaten things, less management, more doers
One that lasts more than a quater
One that does what should have been done decades ago: kicks CT to the curb with no exit package.
Is it just me, or is this OP written by the Teradata ELT because they've run out of ideas - I guess lay off after lay off while keeping the corporation top heavy isn't working?
Sell the business parts that can find a buyer, and dissolve the rest. Reorging TD again is like trying to figure out how to live with a nasty ex in the same small house, there are no good options, only pain.
Compress the layers of worthless managers / directors, junior-VPs/AVPs.
Quit hiring outsider "strategy consultants" who have no clue and focus on the real value of the product -> get rid of strategy organization.
what's left to reorg after PS/CS are gutted?
