Didn't even respond to the survey. How do you think I'm doing TD? You decide to eliminate your entire SSE support globally in the tail end of a pandemic? This is what we get from the company that calls themselves the most ethical company around? IBM reps that are replacing SSE's are not fully trained, they have no experience on TD. It is just another product to service per them. Customers are being miss led and lied to that nothing will change and it will be a seamless transition. TD does not care about a relationship with the customer anymore unless they are ready to jump to the cloud. He-l, TD corporate doesn't even use their own cloud.. What a joke!

Remember when the first Glint survey came out a couple of years ago with great fanfare? Remember how the ELT shared the feedback at an All Hands meeting and committed to addressing many of the concerns? What has improved since then? Absolutely nothing. If anything, things have gotten much worse. So if the ELT clearly doesn't care about the survey results, why would they keep pushing the survey - unless it's really a Honeypot to identify the disgruntled employees they will need to cancel in the next layoff.

The best way to give the ELT feedback is to find a new job. Perhaps if enough A players leave they'll get the message.

Why would anyone go to HR with a complaint against the company? HR's sole purpose in any company is to protect the company from personnel-related risks. At Teradata you may get your peers in trouble if you rat about their limited faith & commitment to D&I or about se-ual harrasment, but going after people in the management chain will not be good for you.

Don’t trust the survey!!! I gave candid feedback, suddenly the Area Director betrayed the entire team and told them they should look in the mirror before providing such horrible feedback. Reported it to HR.... nothing. This is par for CSS lackys under DH.

My direct manager immediately stopped taking to me, and suddenly I had a performance issue. Right, so every one of my accounts had sales growth and great scores, but now after several stellar years I’m a PIP candidate??? Took that to HR too, no Issues found, despite providing over a year of documentation proving my claims. All my manager had to tell HR was, “nope that’s not true.”

Even if this company had a viable cloud product, we’d fail because of morbid leadership.

Of course they can figure out who responds. I wish I got the survey after I found out another person is leaving the team because they found a better job without the threat of lay-off over their head every month. Oh and a hefty raise.

I feel with GLint, you can actually be honest. As long as you don't threaten harm (physical, stuff) then I don't think they would trace it. What management does with the feedback however will be the key. I think back to the survey review just this past January with our Sr Regional Director and down to my team. There was a lot of negative and honest feedback received and our "review" was that we all got yelled at about how "there's a bunch of negativity here and you should be thankful you have jobs". Combine this with how we were DISCOURAGED to actually take the 2 mental health days after the New Year, really inspired people as you would expect. Yeah, it bred even more discontent and mistrust with our managers.

TLDR: reply to the survey but don't expect the results to influence anything positive from management unless it is what they WANT to hear

Surveys are used against the associates. There are no blind surveys. They who responded with what answers/opinions. Be careful.
