Which VP substantially exceeded our expectations? according to that ranking they deserve a ~2. Anyway, we all have seen that high performers do not get the best rewards at Apa. Good luck at ranking at 5.

You don’t want to be rated 5 because then you’re a threat to your boss who probably should be rated at 1.
Remember, if you are a 4 or above, you will be seen as a threat and your reward will be a severance.
And that is the best reward you can get at APA!
