Wow! Another day another ELT bites the dust! Anyone else suprised?

She’s officially gone and off the website.
Is today her last day?
The most important thing for every employee to know is
1) members of the ELT are not your friends
2) they will throw you under the bus at any time to save themselves or to cut costs
3) the closer you are in reporting directly to them the more miserable your life will be
As more heads seems to go , it is the ELT who need to look at themselves and they should be leaving on their own, not being pushed..
Too much backstabbing and under handedness going on.
Management have let this go on for too long , and it is now impacting all the staff.
Moral is now at or nearly rock bottom.
Read the site rules in the footer. In short:
- no names/personal identifiers
- no profanity
- no personal insults
- no threats, bullying and trolling
- no racial, political or religious discussions
Other than that pretty much everything flies.
I see more messages are being deleted due to criticism of one of the ELT. Anyone reporting directly to this person has my sympathies and should plan their exit.
So when is the blessed day of her departure? Is she still in office?
Sounds like Starboard has lit a fire under Odilon’s #$$. ACI has had next to zero organic growth for the past, well, forever. Any ELT member there for more than a year needs to be kicked out.
Otherwise, the company will be sold for its parts.
Why is she leaving? she was let go as the refinement after the re-org.
I say she is leaving because the CEO id bringing in his own team.
Probably a whole new look in 6-12 months for the ELT..
