Is it just me or is the average employee age continuing to slide down constantly? From what I can tell, the 20-to-30-year-old group is taking over rapidly, about as rapidly as the 50-to-60-year-old group is shrinking. I have no issues with bringing in new blood, but there should be some balance...

Old people aren’t that bad… all the old lawyers are winning cases like crazy! It’s just the old engineers that suck!
This thread is funny! Someone at Qualcomm worked very hard to put dislikes instead of inventing a new product! Know wonder why Qualcomm lawyers are more valuable than engineers
Every post has most 20 likes or dislikes and old people at Qualcomm have so much free time to dislike 👎 post about them… maybe that’s why the old people haven’t invented a new product in 15 years!
From the post it looks like a lot of old people are going to do everything in their power to keep young talent down at Qualcomm!
Old guys who are smart are welcome to stay. I've seen very few of them. Once you reach management you basically have impunity no matter how terrible you are.
SM leaving and CA replacing is a good thing.
I would agree Qualcomm needs to get rid of all the old people… that is the only way the company can remain innovative and survive
I agree they need a purge of the old people… No new products from a whole generation and we have to take orders from them - how does that make sense? Get rid of dead weight and allow new blood a chance to shine… old people are so scared to let younger people shine at Qualcomm
