I actually quit before I found my current job. I know it was stupid to do but there was only so much I could take. Now I am on a team that shares project responsibilities equally and we are given recognition for all the work we accomplish - which is such a nice change. From speaking with colleagues, raises are given out annually and promotions are actually based on merit - another nice change. It’s actually nice to be working for a company that values their employees.

Sounds like a t rate pay package they are all getting less pay very soon when he trims waisted labor hours.
