Good idea - Maybe all of the strong women should follow Katie. But Do you know that a lot of them have already left? Merchant organization has lost all of the senior women. There's no way they were all bad. GVR can spin all he wants and who knows what he tells the board. They should reach out to a few and hear the real story of how the company is run.

I wish I could trust our leaders. I have no confidence in what they say anymore. This article feels like a nice agreement with WWD - more of a PR play than anything else.
Agree. Too bad. Maybe GVR was threatened by a strong opinionated leader and she had to leave.
If we are really on our way we should thank Katie for leading the strategy. She must have known what she was talking about after all.
