Hearing rumors that sales is about to have another reorg, anyone hear anything? New people always have new ideas that are fixed by shuffling the deck chairs.

Customer “Success” and sales tech split - after the official start of the org at the beginning of the year. I can’t figure out what most of the customer success people are doing.

Didn't sales reorg just this past January?! If anything, we need to get rid of the salesmen touting how great cloud is to the customer, leading them on that it works great. Then in the internal meetings reassuring everyone that cloud will pass and we'll soon be back to normal.
