I’m sick of their unrealistic goals that are impossible to meet no matter how hard you work. I tried for a while, however, I was given such expectations that I don’t know how anyone would fulfill them.
Maybe the goal is to make me leave or to make me feel like someone who is incompetent and who doesn’t deserve more than they are given.
Yeah you can still get a raise but that wont stop them from showing you the door when you don't meet the expectations. Stop kidding yourself lol.
Who cares about scorecards? If you’re a union depot, you can be a lousy tech and still get a raise!
If you have service issue text the supervisor to meet in field to show you what you are doing wrong . Not going to happen at least you proof. Most supervisor s are sitting at home while you sweat like our east end supervisor enjoy the pool

Why would they show you a score card when they can just show you the door instead? Look at the trend: Each year they raise the bar a little bit higher but have less resources available to meet the expectation. It sets everyone up for failure and it allows the company to force people out in a way that doesn't violate any sort of contract. Just look at what they've managed to do in 5 years. What do you think it's going to look like another 5 years from now? It's a terrible business model but it's how Altice want's to operate and there isn't a thing anyone can do to stop it.
You were told that because Long Island management is a joke! They have no clue in which direction company is going, They tell you one thing and get laid off a week later. There are serious problems here. I for one.. will not let them fu-k me. I have Multiple trades O did not rely on cable which now is a dead industry, , it’s hard to let go but when you do you will see a what is like on the outside. Don’t be the guy looking from the Inside out . I wish all of you luck especially on Long Island where there is no direction, safety management and trainers good luck
This place is a joke No one accepts responsibility for anything. Remember it’s always your fault. Who the he-l wants to come to this place every day and have to worry. Long Island was told that contractors numbers are better than our in- house techs I personally don’t think so. But they will say what ever it takes for you to leave, sad but another thing to think about. I personally don’t give 2 sh--s because my customers mean the world to me

Obviously they’re trying to get you to leave. They’ve been trying to force everyone out since day one. You deal with the unrealistic goals by updating your resume and getting the he-l away from Altice.
