I worked in several companies before I came here and I think it is necessary to differentiate which problems concern primarily retail, and which specifically these companies.
There’s nothing much worse here than it is in most other retail companies. What do you think are the biggest problems that are specific to this company which they don't exist or are much smaller in competing companies?

Retail is retail. BBB is no different than any other retailer. Just read the posts from other companies.

Crying millennials upset they are held accountable like being to work on time or having a scheduled lunch. Heaven forbid I need help and do not ask others before to nearest for assistance. Entitled brats. Especially in Austin with their body odors, Tesla’s, and dreadlocks. Who hires employees with knotted, nappy hair???

It's easier to downvote, complain and be miserable in life and in your workplace thn actually but in effort to change.
This company is just like any other retail environment.
I agree with you that many of the "issues" here are very common issues in the work world I am not sure if you will get any valid answers. I think many of the constant complainers have not worked any where else..retail or otherwise. And I am consistently baffled as why they dont find another job.
