The jury is still out but I believe an opportunity for growth still exists. Like Todd Cione said for those that don’t believe and can’t commit don’t have too!
98% of leadership, and 100% of the ELT is grossly incompetent, unethical, and political bu-t kissers.
I mean a 40yr old product that is now totally irrelevant and so far behind the tech meta is another kinda big one too... hard to pick, but both will end the company in the next several years.
Hmm let's see:
- - rumors of insider trading
- - feckless Board
- - incompetent senior management
- - loss of talent
- - layoffs / low morale
- - customer issues
- - software issues
- - outsourced services
- - "yet another" strategy exercise with expensive consulting firms
- convinced yet?
Name one reason to stay is a better question.
