Thread regarding Commscope Inc. layoffs

Commscope needs to appreciate its employees more

Have you ever worked at a company that appreciates its employees less the longer they are there? I haven't. Instead of trying as hard as they can to keep employees with the most experience and knowledge happy, they are trying their best to get rid of them as fast as possible. That's a sound business strategy right there.

Run away from this company. The company will ask you to repay the severance if you would like to be rehired. Poor management in every function. HR have no brain

The company did so 5-10 years back. Now they see the employees as mere numbers who fired just to adjust the balance sheets and minimise loses due to their wrong decisions.

CS leaders are on a perpetual brain fa-t. The not so bright team of executives would rather replace you with 2 making $50k to do your job rather pay you $80k. The mgmt team is a bunch of dip sh!tz. They would spend a dime to save a nickel.

I was speaking to someone that got laid off in March and they found a new job paying 20% more and 100% more bonus.
