Boeing should move its headquarter to Las Vegas near the biggest casino, this way I can go back and gamble my life.
Thank God they dont run an oxygen company where people would rely on them to breath. In the facility I worked in, it took them eight months to fix the bathroom water tank. But they are brilliant at posting signs "Do not enter. Mens' bathroom broken" LMAO
As for the hiring process, well check what I said about the bathroom so you can get an idea LMAO
I read the tea leaves, and layoffs will continue until the CEO and board all receive multi million dollar bonuses.
Your all in this together, from here out it's a big gamble. The following opinion is from me. I rely on all of you to make the possibility of getting my meegar pension someday a reality. From the big cheese's point of view, he sees the downtown city of Chicago and it looks like he is cornered in a tough strategy. The company can not afford to pay there workers but yet they need them to make the money that they need to pay back what debt they have incurred. Right now would be a good time for someone ( Future Hero ) to rally all workers, for the reasons of CEO and union insubordination, mismanagement, and leadership greed. A true leader with the goal of resurrecting the good standing of Boeings name, Rallying a united strike whether it legal or illegal demanding the following: First and foremost the people of Boeing demand corporate head quarters back to Seattle and the current Board of Chairmen and Labor Unions disbanded and Non-recognized. The second demand is request government oversite of restructuring a fare Board of Chairmen and Labor Unions. Where Jimmy Hoffa when you need him.
I'm sure the 600+ employees whose last day is this Friday 5/21 will be very happy to hear that !!!
I was hoping for a VLO near the end of 2021. Not sure if this will happen.
Right...keeping thinking that...funny...I know someone who is not looking at the financial trainwreck that is Boeing right now....
Remember in 1995 with the original 777 certification completed, 40% layoff on that 777 program. I was there and it was not pretty. With no new plane coming, and bleeding cash, anyone think it won't happen again should plan ahead
Just wait for the vax side effects to kick in...
