Just as disgusting is that McKim went on Undercover Boss and presented CH as an "American company" while at the same time jobs were being outsourced to India. What a POS.

This is how the company is perceived. Use the big name and pay lower than market dictates. He feels that it is still his company, and surrounds himself with his old boys. You did not get a raise but he got significant stock options and bonus over those 7 years.
