Since I can't get ahold of anyone at Chicago Ridge, I am trying Schaumburg but they aren't answering either! So what is going on?

I hope the Sears in Schaumburg never closes! It’s the best place I get a front row parking space in the mall and has been for years, even at Christmas,
"We're too busy helping members". Haha!! Good one! You KNOW that's a lie. There are no customers in Sears stores.
