If you quit, what was your exit experience? Is the two weeks notice expected? Also, if you give your two weeks notice what are the chances you'll be told not to bother returning for those two weeks? I've had a few offers where I was supposed to start right away. The pay was not enough to get me to say yes, but if a better opportunity presents itself I need to know if I can say yes without burning my bridges here.

I left the company last year and did so with a heavy heart. I was on the Ruckus side under Bart G. He was amazing and the only reason I stayed as long as I did through all the acquisitions!! It’s sad to watch a great company like Ruckus be shredded like it has been. The exit process was easy and I communicated my concerns to HR about what I was experiencing. Not sure it made a difference, but I found comfort in it. I wish you all the best as you navigate through this.. my heart still misses the company, the people and I really loved my job! Sadly, that all changed under CommScope. I have to trust that I’m where I’m meant to be now. Best of luck to you guys!!
I gave notice and got my 2 weeks. HR spent 12 minutes on an exit interview just to make sure the paperwork was in order. Not a single question about why I was leaving or what they could do better (management chain was the same). I saw others get walked because they were going to a competitor.
Priorities... CommScope prioritizes Commscope … you should prioritize yourself.
Stop worrying and do what is best for you !
No one in the C-level, will shed a tear when they let you go or/and move your position overseas.
Work both jobs from home
You can always say yes and jump. If one is asked to leave when submitting notice all depends on the role you are in. Unless you have a good mgr or would consider going back there, I personally would not be concerned ab burning a bridge. At the end of the day, treat yourself like a business and do what is best for you and your family. CS will do what is best for them.
