TD became irrelevant in a very short period of time. 16.0 was a disaster. Vantage was renamed parts. Leadership has failed, because they focused on hiding issues and laying talent of off Rather than solve problems. Now, it’s too late. Game over.
I still hope that it is not too late to make a good product and for the company to stay relevant.
Hi ranking, Garbage in Garbage out. If TD is such a wonderful solution, why are they cleaning house to make Quarterly numbers. The company remains a joke without a punch line. What is next? Have NCR Serbia take over help desk class since they cost less than Mexico?

Never too late. I've heard that they are growing huge number of customers in their cloud business. Lots of former customers that left are now coming back in droves because they got an inferior product with the competition. Their financial report was stellar and I just noticed they are still ranked as leaders by both gartner and Forrestor. There's obviously something going well for the company.
