Just got news. Looks like maximum 2% due to lack of budget as usual

Lol, the top talent has largely walked. Those left are in the final stages of their career and can risk the impending layoff/closed doors events fastly approaching.

There is top talent still onboard? Guess they are not that much of a top talent. Run while you can.

Morale is already low. If we don’t get raises I think 25% of the top talent will walk.

No stocks and no raises. It's gonna be tough to retain good talent.

Thanks for the summer Fridays and all, but if you want to stop the bleed of attrition GIVE RAISES, pay people more competitively, give a promotion to someone, anyone other than the Leadership and C-Suite. It is so frustrating not to be able to promote team members and HR is a revolving door so any credit you had with your HR manager is worthless when you keep getting new ones.

Maximum of 2 percent and the ceo is going to cry that we are not doing great . Many companies are not giving hike and one should be eternally grateful to teradata for giving 2 percent for people.

LT seems perplexed how to retain talent. How about giving people a damn raise!

Nothing yet. I’ve heard through the grapevine that there won’t be raises.
