When I first got a job here, I had a constant drive to achieve long-term career success. I had a clear plan of where I see myself in a few years and I was always looking for ways I could develop further here. However, what I planned and where I am now is vastly different, despite the fact that I worked hard to achieve my ambitions.

…Qualcomm is not there to aid in your ambitions…….you have to do it on your own….learn new things, change groups…..and most important don’t get into the rat race of promotions…..once ur learn something get into another company ……learn as much as possible……
