While some give the bare minimum, other people, despite the injustice you see every day at work and generally poor working conditions, try to give their best.
Sometimes I don't even understand why I try so hard. I keep telling myself that I need to slow down a bit because Macy’s will never appreciate that.

Used to give it my all, F@ck this place. in and out, not an ounce more than what I have to do.
You might get promoted for doing the bare minimum. Seems to work well for others.
if there is poor working condition call OHSA and local dept of labor.. they can make this a sweat shop for their financial gain.
