More closures, consolidations and realignments. Tower Health is losing top talent every day. Tons of providers have already given their resignations. Health system has become a joke in southeastern, PA. I can’t believe more leadership has not been let go. They are the ones that got us into this mess. However everyone blames Covid. We were doing terrible before Covid even hit here.
Get out while you can. Don’t go down with the sinking ship with the band playing in the background.
