New blood , Politics by some in Melville is preventing 2 fellows in Austin and one fellow in Melville. Management is not doing the needful. That effort to prevent new fellows is lead by the white old guard. They are many high times, backstabbers and anti Asian - especially against we coming from India. Mostly jealous -we are replacing them and they fear us. All should go back to HON with their ratty predecessors

The first one was so smart and not a abuser and incompetent at all. The second one was so smart and brought in by the board… fun times the lawyers should focus on the people that were personal friends on those “CTO” I suspect anyone that has a nickname here has participated in the pillaging of rezi

When fellows were at Honeywell they were under the guidance of Asians, from various parts of India and everything worked. Now there are no Asians to guide them anymore. It is high times to get an Asian younger fellow from India to bring back leadership and knowledge.

The proof is in the pudding… we fired that Datta CTO from Honeywell that could not find his bu-t with his 2 hands , stocks goes back up. There was a reason why that “CTO” was fired from HON and then from Resideo … all those actions brought us back to the top. As for those bi-----g about quicksilver and many security products the engineering was perfect. Only losers complained. Let them whine at HON or Amazon or whatever the bozos are.

New CEO, new CFO, new P&S Prezi, all furlough cuts paid back, 401k match paid back, worthless stock under Neffie/RatFlink at $4 now worth $30. Revenue up. I should have stayed just to rub you noses in own sh&t as you incompetence is rooted out and fired and competent engg are hired.
Because The Amazon deal is another T-Mobile like deal from shaddy… meanwhile upper management has no clue (as usual) and we spin . The previous CTO who could not make any decisions and ran away crying is a prime example…. Of how Resideo functions hot air and spin …
The Amazon deal is expected to bring billions of dollars… lawsuits will have bread for many years….

Because the software unit is a way for people to line their pocket by sending millions to external companies. Just need to see what’s happening in Austin
All those were well managed but certain elements in other countries (factories) did not step up. This is why despite issues the management was promoted and given large bonuses -each time. Stop being jealous!
@ifw+, what Melville are you talking about? Melville NY had several east and south asian CTOs, a south asian GM and a female GM, various principal and lead engineers who are non-white/non-male. However one should reflect on DAS, Quicksilver, Six wireless and the Lyric security panel when considering merit. Mediocrity and failure are equal-opportunity.
Because since the first CTO - who is named in the lawsuit, and despite multiple changes at that level or above… things remain the same. All people (parasites) named in the lawsuit should be ejected from the company.
