The death of foot traffic will be your over zealous security guards who think they are mcguyver. Every time I walk into any Macy’s you have security at 6 o’clock and one at 12 o’clock. They watch your every move and text each other on your movements. When all your doing is browsing. This makes a very uncomfortable shopping experience and no one wants to be treated like a criminal . Macy’s junk clothing isn’t worth the harassment or hassle. If I owned Macy’s. I would have tons of secret shoppers to catch over zealous security and fire them on the spot. This will be the biggest down fall for Macy’s. For now on I’ll shop only online where I will not be harassed by the lp thugs. ( there’s is no excuse for this lp so if you comment with you must of did something your the problem)

2jic+1aMPBnX8 duh... no kidding website have cyber security.. but they aren't in front of you trying to watch your every move... which is the point of the poster... your Facebook watches your every move.. so does your phone... its not the same as walking into a store for a purchase and " feeling " unconformable because of the lp being bored.

Online shopping has LP Geek thugs who will program your detailed profile in their servers with: where you live, your buying pattern so they can dump ads to your account, flag your purchase if you are a frequent returner, block you if your credit card is flagged by your card issuer, block you if you let someone use your account and pretend you did not do that transaction. Didn't you know online vendors also have cyber security?

Well you could always put your hard earned money into a store with merchandise, see how much goes out the door without a form of payment and see your own reaction to it? My bet is you wouldn’t. Also, if you think Macy’s is cheap, why you coming in anyway?
Its spelled MacGyver. If you owned Macy*s you would know that you wouldn't have payroll to hire 'tons' of secret shoppers, nor would we have applicant flow.
I'm not a store LP or Security, but the training they are given is basically profiling (not by race, it's by characteristic and this applies to all shoppers). As soon as you walk into the establishment, your few seconds of movements, body language, awareness to the area, looking around and spotting employees, looking at camera domes or angled wall mirrors, attire (85 outside & in winter coat?), etc., will catch their attention immediately. It seems like you had a negative interaction with them as a customer or you were an employee in the past that makes you paranoid and suspicious about your surroundings and people in the store. I bet you always have that feeling every time you enter any big department store.

Haha see I knew you over zealous security clowns would go nuts on this. And to answer your question 1xda. The only reason I notice lp is cause they follow me around the stores everywhere I go. And I’m sure you would notice it as well. There is no reason for it. I can’t buy anything with these clowns making it so uncomfortable to just being there. So next time it happens it will be documented via video. Then it will be sent to the news and corporate and Yelp and anywhere else I can post it. So there ya go you little Weasels.
